 	Remove, Install
Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage bottles. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and eye protection.	AS20.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Drain coolant	 At radiator	AR20.00-D-1142A
2	Remove front grill		AR88.00-D-2115B
3	Remove front end crossmember	 If AC fitted, detach condenser at bottom and push radiator slightly forward.	AR88.00-D-2302A
4	Remove viscous fan coupling		AR20.40-D-5660E
5	Remove poly V-belt		AR13.22-D-1202E
6	Detach fuel lines (11, 12) from the brackets (10) at the coolant pump (1)
7	Detach coolant hoses (4, 5) at coolant pump (1)	 Inspect condition of coolant hoses and hose clamps, replace if necessary.
8	Press off cap (8) at guide pulleys (6)
9	Remove guide pulleys (6)	 Bolts attaching the coolant pump are located behind the guide pulleys. Pay attention to washer (9)!

10	Remove coolant pump (1)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces. Install new gasket (2).

		 If the coolant pump is replaced 
		Fit on existing belt pulley of coolant pump.

11	Install in the reverse order
12	Inspect cooling system for leaks		AR20.00-D-1010C
