 	Remove/install
1	Disconnect ground cable from battery
Danger!	Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 3.1	Remove radiator with front end	Engine 602.984/985	AR20.20-D-3870A
4.1	Remove fan shroud	Engine 602.980
5	Remove fan		AR20.40-D-5660A
6	Remove poly-V belt		AR13.22-D-1202B
7	Unscrew hexagon head bolt (6) and remove belt pulley (5)		*BA20.10-N-1001-01B
			*603589004000
8	Loosen hexagon head bolts (4) evenly and unbolt	 Installation: Tighten hexagon head bolts (4) evenly.
			*BA20.10-N-1002-01B
9	Push back clamping lever (1) completely.
10	Remove coolant pump (3) and sealing ring (2)	 Installation: Clean sealing surface free of sealresidues and replace seal.
11	Install in the reverse order
