Danger! | Risk of injury to the skin and eyes resulting from burns caused by overheated vapor or cooling. Risk of poisoning by coolant ingestion | Open cooling system only when temperature is below 90 °C. Slowly open the cap and let out the excess pressure. It is not recommended to put coolant into containers destined for drinks. Wear gloves, appropriate clothing and goggles. | |
1 | Drain the cooling system | Collect the liquid, replace it if necessary. | |

| Change the coolant | ||
2 | Remove the hose (6) from the thermostatic valve cover (4) | Check the condition of the clamp and the hose (6). If necessary, replace them. | |
3 | Remove the screws (5) and the thermostatic valve cover (4) | | |
4 | Remove the O-ring (3) | Install: Replace the O-ring (3). | |
5 | Remove the thermostatic valve (2) | Install: Observe the correct positioning of the thermostatic valve (2); the air outlet hole (arrow) should be always directed upwards. | |
Test the thermostatic valve. | |||
6 | Install in reverse order | ||
7 | Control the coolant level | If necessary, restore the system. | |
| Cooling system: Check and restore the level and concentration of the coolant | ||
8 | Check the tightness of the cooling system | ||
| Cooling and heating system: Check the condition of the radiator, hoses flexible tubes |
