	Remove and install
1	Remove the clutch	Fir engines with MFZ 430 clutch	AR25.10-B-0050B
		For engines with GF 2x380 clutch	AR25.10-B-0050C
		For engines with GMF 420 clutch
2	Install the engine turning device (2).		*407589006300
		Devices fastened to the timing case (1), to the TDC's inspection cover.

3	Immobilize the flywheel (3) with the device (2) and remove the flywheel fastening bolts (4).	 Install: Slightly oil the flywheel fastening bolts.
		Tighten the flywheel fastening bolts (4) crosswise.

4	Install the two guide pins (5).	In the flywheel orifices.

5	Install two fastening bolts to fasten the exhaust manifold (6) to the flywheel (3) and pull it out.	Install: Lubricate the flywheel ring gear.	*BR00.45-B-1004-06A
6	Remove the guide pins (5).		*403589026300
	Check
7	Measure the flywheel bolts length (4).	They can be reused since they do not exceed the nominal size.	*BE03.30-B-1019-03C
8	Check the flywheel (3).	 Check the flywheel (3) for fissures, stains with overheating signs or stria.
		Rectify the flywheel if there are overheating stains, fissures or stria.	AR03.30-B-8022C
		If stria or fissures are deeper than the maximum allowed elimination, replace the flywheel (3).	*BE03.30-B-1006-03C
9	Check the ring gear for wear.	 In it is worn, replace the ring gear.	AR03.30-B-8312C
10	Install in the reverse order.
