 Warning

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Remove cap of expansion reservoir (2).

 Turn cap of expansion reservoir (2) by half a revolution counterclockwise, release overpressure, then unscrew cap.

Extract the coolant.



Remove hose (1).

 Collect coolant which flows out. Seal the hose (1).

 Installation: Check clamp for damage.

If damage is present,

Replace clamp.

Remove expansion reservoir (2).

 To do this, unlock the expansion reservoir (2) at the center and push in the direction of the arrow.

Remove expansion reservoir (2).

 To do this remove hose (3). Collect coolant which flows out. Seal the hose (3).

 Installation: Check clamp for damage.

Install in the reverse order.


