Remove/install

Danger!

Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between the columns of the lifting platform and position the four support plates at the lifting platform support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove air filter housing

Remove intake manifold

Remove wideband silencer

Remove poly-V belt

Remove compressor (4)

Release hose clamp (5) on rubber sleeve of intake and pressure fittings (2)

Unscrew bolts (1) at intake and pressure connection (2)

Remove inlet and pressure fittings (2) from compressor (4)

Close off openings of compressor (4).

Installation: Replace seal (3).

Install in the reverse order
