1	Remove clutch	Single-plate clutch	AR25.10-W-0050D
		Double-plate clutch	AR25.10-W-0050DA
2	Pull crankshaft position sensor (B15) out of timing case
3	Attach turning device (5) to timing case		AR03.30-W-1600-03C

4	Block flywheel (1) using turning device (5)
5	Remove two opposing bolts (2) on flywheel (1)	 Socket wrench bit	*422589020900
6	Screw drift (3) into threaded holes	 Drift	*403589026300
7	Unscrew remaining bolts (2) at flywheel (1)
8	Remove flywheel (1) over the drifts (3)	 Screw two bolts (M101.5) into opposite threaded holes and pull out flywheel (1).
	Checking
9	Measure bolts (2)	 If permissible shank length (L) is exceeded, replace bolt (2) concerned.	*BE03.30-N-1004-03C
10	Check coupling friction surface on flywheel (1)	 If burned, scored or cracked: 
		Rework flywheel (1) or.	AR03.30-W-8022C
		install new flywheel (1).
11	Check ring gear of flywheel (1) for wear	 If worn: 
		Replace ring gear of flywheel (1) or.	AR03.30-W-8312C
		install new flywheel (1).
12	Check flange or race on flywheel (1)	 For galling by the radial shaft sealing ring: 
		Replace flywheel (1) or
		Install new race on flywheel (1).
		Vehicles without code (N52) Rear engine power take-off, output torque 600 Nm or without code (N53) Rear engine power take-off, for hydraulic pump	AR03.30-W-8350C
		Vehicles with code (N52) Rear engine power take-off, output torque 600 Nm or with code (N53) Rear engine power take-off, for hydraulic pump	AR03.30-W-8350CA
13	Check locating bearing in flywheel (1)	 If worn: 
		Replace locating bearing in flywheel (1).	AR03.30-W-8401D
14	Check bush for crankshaft position sensor (B15)	 Replace bush if there is damage.
	Install
15	Install flywheel (1) over the drifts (3)	 Pay attention to installation position of dowel pin (4). Remove both bolts (M101.5) at flywheel (1).
16	Coat bolts (2) with engine oil and screw in	 Do not tighten bolts (2) yet.
17	Remove both drifts (3)
18	Tighten remaining two bolts (2) with engine oil and screw in; tighten all bolts (2)		*BA03.30-N-1001-01F
19	Press bush and crankshaft position sensor (B15) in all the way	 Replace O-ring.
20	Install clutch	Single-plate clutch	AR25.10-W-0050D
		Double-plate clutch	AR25.10-W-0050DA
21	Remove cranking device (5) at timing case		AR03.30-W-1600-03C
			*BA01.60-N-1001-01M
		 Turning device	*904589046300
