Remove/install

Remove propeller shaft of power take-off transmission from belt pulley and/or from vibration damper.

Only for engine 900.915/916, 902.923/924/935, 904.927/928, 906.935/955 in model 405 with code N08 (Engine power take-off shaft drive 1000 rpm)

 Screw/bolt, propeller shaft to belt pulley/vibration damper

Remove radiator unit.

Remove tensioning device (3).

Attach turning device for engine.

Remove vibration damper (4) together with belt pulley (5).

 Observe different thread sizes.

 Bolt, vibration damper to crankshaft

Check

Check belt pulley (5) for damage.

If problems exist,



Replace belt pulley (5).

Check vibration damper (4) for damage.

If problems exist,



replace vibration damper (4).

Measure shank length of screws (6).

 Observe different thread sizes.

replace all screws (6).
