Remove PTO transmission propeller shaft from belt pulley or vibration damper

With code (N08) Engine power take-off shaft drive 1000 rpm

Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (1) with breaker bar and socket downwards

Swivel tensioner pulley (1) downwards over bolt against the spring tension.

Remove poly-V-belt (3)

Do not kink poly-V-belt (3).

Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of poly-V belt (3).

Swivel back tensioner pulley (1)

Swivel and hold tensioner pulley (2) with breaker bar and socket upwards

Swivel tensioner pulley (2) upwards over bolt against the spring tension.

Remove poly-V belt (4)

Do not kink poly-V-belt (4).

Installation: Pay attention to correct seating of poly-V belt (4).

Swivel back tensioner pulley (2)

Check

Check poly-V belt (3, 4) for wear and damage.
