Remove radiator unit

Remove underride guard below the hydraulic pump (6)

With code H19 (Hydraulic system without an oil supply) or code HH3 (Hydraulic system with an oil supply)

Remove poly-V belt (5) from the hydraulic pump (6)

With code H19 (Hydraulic system without an oil supply) or code HH3 (Hydraulic system with an oil supply)

Remove hydraulic pump (6) from the engine

 Bolt, poly-V belt tensioning device to bracket of hydraulic pump

Remove screw/bolt (1) and remove washer as well as engine mount (2)

 Screw/bolt, engine support to engine mount

Attach overhead crane with load lifter to the from eyelet on the engine

Raise engine at the front by 2 cm


While raising, check that all the lines or components between the engine and the frame are de-energized, if necessary, disconnect any further connections.
Otherwise damage could occur to the lines or components.

 Installation: When lowering the engine, place the engine mount (2), the washer and the screw/bolt (1).

Remove screw/bolts (3) and engine support arm (4)

 Screw/bolt, front engine support to crankcase
