Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove rear brake cables from brake compensator lever and expose up to rear axle (1).

Remove/install left rear brake cable

Detach level sensor from rear axle (1).

Remove bleed line (3) from rear axle (1).

 Seal connections.

Remove transverse control arm of rear axle (1) from frame.

Remove stabilizer bar of rear axle (1) from torsion bar linkages.

Remove rpm sensors of rear axle (1) and expose.

Prop up and secure rear axle (1).

Remove shock absorbers from rear axle (1).

Lower rear axle (1) and remove rear axle springs.


Only lower rear axle (1) far enough to enable the rear axle springs to be removed.
Otherwise the trailing arms will be damaged.

Remove lower trailing arms from frame.

Remove transverse control arm from rear axle (1).
