1 | Check oil pipe (7) for unrestricted flow, clean if necessary | ||
2 | Install oil pipe (7) in housing (8) | ||
3 | Screw screw plugs (28) with new sealing rings into housing (8) | ||
4 | Install ball bearing (26) into housing (8) using a suitable drift | ||
5 | Install ball bearing (11) into housing (8) using a suitable drift | ||
6 | Assemble drive shaft (45) | ||

7 | Install drive shaft (45) | | |
Heat inner race of ball bearing (26) to approx. 80 °C and install input shaft (45) using a suitable drift. | |||
8 | Attach circlip (25) to the input shaft (45) | ||
9 | Install cylinder roller bearing inner race (4) on output shaft (5) | Heat cylindrical roller bearing inner race (4) to approx. 80 °C and mount as far as stop using a suitable drift. | |
10 | Install output shaft (5) | Heat inner race of ball bearing (11) to approx. 80_°C and install output shaft (5) using a suitable drift. | |
11 | Install new O-rings (29) into grooves of control plunger (30) | ||
12 | Push shift fork (37) to one side and install control plunger (30) | Coat control plunger (30) with lubricant. | |
