2 | Install radial shaft seal (10) as far as the stop using drift (12) | The sealing lip must point inwards with the spring ring (oil side). | |
Coat radial shaft sealing ring (10) using lubricant. | |||

4 | Install oil strainer bushing (24) | Only when replacing transmission housing rear part (9). | |
5 | Install oil strainer (22), spring (23), new sealing ring (21) and screw plug (20) | The guide lugs on the oil strainer (22) must point towards the screw plug (20). | |

6 | Install radial shaft sealing ring (17) | Coat lip of radial shaft sealing ring (17) using lubricant. | |

8 | Install sliding block (2) in the shift fork (3) and insert in the planetary gear set with shift device (1) | The inscription (arrows) on the shift fork (3) must point towards the output. The sliding blocks (2) must engage in the sliding sleeve. | |

9 | Heat up the inner race of the ball bearing (14) to approx. 80 °C | Use temperature measuring instrument. | |
10 | Mount transmission housing rear part (9) with heated-up inner race of the ball bearing (14) on the planetary gear set with shift device (1) | Insert transmission housing rear part (9) until it abuts with the ball bearing (14). | |
11 | Install shift rod (4) with shift piston (5) | The shift fork (3) must engage in the recess in the shift rod (4). The sliding blocks (2) must engage in the sliding sleeve. | |
12 | Screw in bearing bolt (19) | Secure bearing pin with locking agent. | |
