Danger! | Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant. | Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. | |
1 | Drain coolant. | ||

2 | Loosen coolant hoses (4, 5) on oil-water heat exchanger; detach | ||
3 | Slacken mounting screws (6) | | |

4 | Remove oil-water heat exchanger (1) | Collect residual oil which runs out. Installation: Replace sealing rings (2) | |
5 | Install in the reverse order | ||
6 | Check engine oil level, correct if necessary | ||
