4 | Disconnect suction line (6) on resonance container (4) | ||
5 | Remove bolt (5) and resonance container (4) | ||
6 | Disconnect compressed air line (3) at connecting point for frame | ||
7 | Remove compressed-air line (3) on compressor cylinder head (1) and inspect for carbonization | Counterhold fitting (11) on compressor cylinder head (1). In the event of carbonization, also check the compressed air lines between the compressor, compressed air drier and the four-circuit protection valve, if necessary replace the carbonized parts. | |

9 | Remove coolant line (2) on compressor cylinder head (1) | Collect coolant that flows out | |
10 | Remove coolant line (9) on compressor cylinder head (1) | Counterhold fitting (10) and catch escaping coolant. | |

15 | Lay on new seal/intake valve disk (16) | Clean sealing surfaces. | |
16 | Attach compressor cylinder head (1) with new bolts | Observe tightening sequence. Ensure that control valve (13) does not fall out. | |
