	Remove
1	Remove side trim (1)
 Danger	Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contactwith fuel.	No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A
2	Remove the injection pipes (2)	 Do not release the injection tubes (2) in order to bleed the injection system. Do not bend the injection tubes.

		 Serrated wrench	*000589500300
		 Box wrench bit	*000589680300
	Install
3	Retighten the pressure screw (3).	 Whenever the injection tube (2) is removed, unconditionally retighten the set screw(3) .

4	Install new injection tubes (2)	 Whenever an injection tube (2) is removed, it must be necessarily replaced.
		 The re-tightening of the injection pipe nuts is not permissible nor the reutilization of the same under any hypothesis.
		 In case of fuel leak at the connections of the injection (2) pipe(s) on the injection unit(s) or connection pipe(s), the respective pipe(s) must be replaced.
		 Do not bend the injection tubes (2). Note the correct mounting position.

 Warning	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
5	Starting the engine	 Do not crank the engine continuously for more than 30 seconds. If the engine does not fire within this interval, wait approximately 1 minute to crank it again.
6	Check the new injection tubes for tightness (2).	 In case of leaks, replace the new damaged injection tubes (2).
7	Stop the engine
8	Install side trim (1)
