Danger!

Risk of explosion if ignition takes place, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel.

Fire, sparks, open flames or smoking forbidden.
Pour fuels only into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Remove heat shield above turbocharger

Unplug connector (2) at electric shutoff valve (1)

Detach fuel line (3) at electric shutoff valve (1)

Pay attention to use of locking arm.

Collect fuel which flows out. Do not moisten poly V-belt with fuel. Replace sealing ring.

Unscrew bolts (4, 9).

Pull electric shutoff valve (1) together with bracket (8) off the intermediate piece (5) from the side and take out

Replace seals (6, 7).

Take bracket (8) off shutoff valve (1)

Install in the reverse order

Bleed low-pressure fuel circuit

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving off by itself.

Check tightness of fuel system

Run engine, switch off and inspect for leaks.
