Removal, installation

Disconnect ground cable at the battery

 On model 210 insulate terminal on ground cable to prevent unintentional contact between disconnected ground cable and ground W10.

Remove steering wheel

 Caution when handling airbag unit.
Improper handling may cause damage to the airbag unit

Unscrew screw (31)

Take out bracket (32)

Separate connector (S4x1)

Take connector out of fixture and push bar (arrow)

Separate connector (S40x1)

Cruise control (code 440a)

Take connector out of fixture

Detach wiring

Take out casing tube cover (33) together with combination switch (S4)

without cruise control

Take out casing tube cover (33) with combination switch (S4) and cruise control switch (S40)

with cruise control (code 440a)

Take combination switch (S4) out of casing tube cover

without cruise control

11.2

Take combination switch (S4) and cruise control switch (S40) out of casing tube cover

with cruise control (code 440a)

Reinstall in opposite order
