When working on the windshield wiper mechanism, always switch off the ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (at least 2 m).

Unscrew nuts (2) and unclip strip (7) from rear-end door (1).

Remove screws (3) and remove lock striker (4).

Remove stop buffer (5).

Remove seal (6).

Remove screw anchors (8).

Remove washer fluid hose from rear-end door (1).

Expose electrical door wiring harness and remove from rear-end door (1).

Remove cables from rear-end door (1).

 The number of cables may vary depending on vehicle equipment.
