Open hood.

Remove front end paneling.

Drain off coolant.



Remove coolant hose (1) from radiator (3).

Remove coolant hose (2) from radiator (3).

Remove condenser (7) from radiator (3).

Remove oil lines (10, 11) from oil lines (8, 9) and collect escaping transmission oil in suitable container.

Only for vehicles with code G50 (Oil cooler)

Seal oil lines (8, 9, 10, 11) with suitable stop plugs.

Remove screws from radiator (3).

 Radiator (3) is secured with three screws.
Mark installation position of spacer disks.

 Nut radiator to holder at top

Remove radiator (3).

Modify oil lines (10, 11).

Only for vehicles with code G50 (Oil cooler)
If radiator (3) will be replaced.

 Installation:
Counterhold fittings at radiator (3) when tightening oil lines (10, 11).
Radiator (3) can otherwise be damaged.

 Oil line to fitting

Modify fan shroud and air duct segment.

If radiator (3) will be replaced.

Install in the reverse order



Check

Check, correct coolant level.



Check/correct oil level in transmission via filling screw.

Check engine cooling system for leak tightness.
