1 | Remove screw/bolt (1) | ||
2 | Remove rear section of the charge air duct (2) from turbocharger | Do not allow any dirt particle to find its way into the charge air system. | |
To do this completely unlock catch spring (3) and remove rear section of the charge air duct (2). | |||
Installation: Press catch spring (3) into the locking position and place charge air duct (2) on the turbocharger. Check for correct seating of the catch spring (3). | |||
3 | Remove hose for the front section of the charge air duct (2) from the charge air cooler | ||
Do not allow any dirt particle to find its way into the charge air system. | |||
Both hoses remain on the sections of the charge air duct (2). Do not disconnect clamps. | |||
4 | Remove charge air duct (2) | ||
5 | Install in the reverse order | ||
