Print out "tank system, fuel cell, form event log," fill out, and attach to the vehicle somewhere clearly visible.



Remove rear axle underfloor paneling.

Remove noise encapsulation on axle drive module.

Remove screws (1) and take off rear axle cross strut (2).

Clean area around oil filler screw (3) and drain screw (4).

Assembly cleaner

Remove oil filler screw (3).

Remove drain screw (4) and collect transmission oil from electric drive unit in a suitable container.



Clean

Clean oil filler screw (3) and drain screw (4) with cleaning spray.

Loctite 7063 (400 ml) cleaning spray

Clean threaded holes of oil filler screw (3) and drain screw (4) in rear axle differential using cleaning spray.

Pour in

Screw in drain screw (4) and tighten.

 Check O-ring on drain screw (4) for damage and check it is seated correctly.

If there is a problem,



Position O­ring correctly or replace drain screw (4) with O-ring.

Add transmission oil for electric drive unit to the transmission of the electric drive unit using a hand pump.

Screw in oil filler screw (3) and tighten.

 Check O-ring on oil filler screw (3) for damage and check it is seated correctly.

If there is a problem,



Position O­ring correctly or replace oil filler screw (3) with O-ring.

Insert rear axle cross strut (2) and screw in new screws (1) and tighten.

Conduct a road test.

Raise vehicle.
