	Removing
1	Remove cylinder head cover		AR01.20-P-5014FG
2	Remove wheel at the right front		AR40.10-P-1100FF
3	Position the piston of cylinder 1 to ignition TDC by rotating the engine at the belt pulley (2).	 The TDC marking on the belt pulley (2) must align with the positioning edge on the timing case cover (arrow).
4	Remove chain tensioner		AR05.10-P-7800FG
5	Remove camshaft bearing cap (3) and fit hold down device (4)	 Use bolts for camshaft bearing cap (3).

6	Separate old timing chain (1)	 Cover the chain slot and the cylinder head with a clean rag.	AR05.10-P-7601-01FG
