Due to recent events, we would like to notify you about the procedure for installation of the manual transmission.

Before installation of the manual transmission, you must ensure that all pilot bushings (1) or guide pins (3) are installed at the crankcase (4) or timing case cover (2). If a pilot bushing (1) or guide pin (3) was pulled out as well during removal of the manual transmission, the pilot bushing (1) or guide pin (3) must be reinstalled at the crankcase (4) or timing case cover (2) and checked to ensure correct seating.

The manual transmission may not be installed without pilot bushings (1) or guide pins (3).
Otherwise there may be damage to the coupling or drive shaft of the manual transmission.

If a pilot bushing (1) or guide pin (3) is not correctly installed at the crankcase (4) or timing case cover (2) or is damaged, the pilot bushing (1) or guide pin (3) must be replaced.
