 Warning	Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.	Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.  	Remove/install
1	Clamp off hoses (2, 3, 4, 5, 6).	 Clamp	*000589543700
2	Remove hose (2) from heater coolant circulation pump (M13/3).	 Collect escaping coolant using suitable vessel. Seal connection on heater coolant circulation pump (M13/3).
		 Installation: Check clamp for damage.
		 Set of protective caps	*001589009100
		 Hose clamp pliers	*454589003700
		If there is damage.
		
		Replace clamp.
3	Disconnect electrical connector (1).
4	Loosen heater coolant circulation pump (M13/3) and swivel out of working area.
5	Detach electrical connector (7).
6	Remove hose (4) from stationary heater switchover valve (Y141).	 Collect escaping coolant using suitable vessel. Seal connection on stationary heater switchover valve (Y141).
		 Installation: Check clamp for damage.
		 Set of protective caps	*001589009100
		 Hose clamp pliers	*454589003700
		If there is damage.
		
		Replace clamp.
7	Remove mounting bracket (8).	 To do so, remove nuts (9).
8	Remove stationary heater switchover valve (Y141).	 To do so, remove hoses (5, 10).
		 Collect escaping coolant using suitable vessel.
		 Installation: Check clamps for damage.

		If there is damage.
		
		Replace clamps.
9	Install in the reverse order.
10	Purge engine cooling system.	Model 447 with engine 622.9, 651	AR20.00-S-1142-04E
