1 | Remove the bearing plate (11) | ||
2 | Remove selector rods (10, 12, 18) of shift forks (3, 5 ,8) and remove from transmission | ||
3 | Remove the articulated screws (7) | ||
4 | Remove the 3rd/4th gear shift fork (8) with the sliding shoes (9) from the main shaft | ||
5 | Remove the articulated screws (4) | Secure the 1st/2nd gear shift fork (5) with the locking device. | |

6 | Remove the 1st/2nd gear shift fork (5) | ||
7 | Remove the articulated screws (1) | Crawler/reverse idler gear shift fork (3) is removed along with the main shaft. | |

8 | Install the articulated screws (1) | Use new seal rings. Apply chemical thread lock. | |
Crawler/reverse idler gear shift fork (3) is installed along with the main shaft. Align the crawler/reverse idler gear shift fork (3) using the locking device. | |||
Swivel bolts of the transmission housing | |||
Thread locking adhesive, Loctite 241 | |||

In case the sliding pads (2) show wear signs: | |||

Replace them by new ones. | |||
9 | Mount the sliding pads (6) on the 1st/2nd gear shift fork (5) | In case the sliding pads (6) show wear signs: | |

Replace them by new ones. | |||
10 | Install the 1st/2nd gear shift fork (5) to the main shaft | Make sure the position is correct. | |
11 | Insert the articulated screws (4) | Use new seal rings. Apply chemical thread lock. | |
Align the 1st/2nd gear shift fork (5) using the locking device. | |||

Thread locking adhesive, Loctite 241 | |||

12 | Install the locking lever (13), the bearing plate (14) and the retaining ring (15) in the housing |

Ensure the correct positioning of the locking lever (13). | |||
13 | Mount the selector rods (10, 12 and 18) in the locking lever (13) and in the transmission bearing plate (14) | ||
14 | Mount the shift forks (3, 5) on the selector rods (12, 18) | Check that the selector rods are correctly fitted with the shift forks. | |
15 | Install the 3rd/4th gear shift fork (8) to the main shaft | In case the sliding pads (9) show wear signs: | |

Replace them by new ones. | |||
16 | Install the articulated screws (7) | Use new seal rings. Apply chemical thread lock. | |
Align the 3rd/4th gear shift fork (8) using the locking device. | |||

17 | Mount the bearing plate (11) to the selector rods (10, 12, 18) | ||
18 | Install the spring (16) in the housing | The spring (16) must fit in the locking lever (13). | |
