Install the retaining device (30) on the control unit (17) in the central housing (23)

Install the assemblage device (73) on the central housing (23) in put it in vertical position

Measure the distance (E) from the sealing surface to the main shaft bearing seat in the central housing (23)

In the distance (E) 209.9 mm:



Install the spacer washer (22.1) under the tapered roller bearings external cap (22).

In distance (E) 208,9 mm:



Do not install the spacer washer (22.1).

Put on the spacer washer (22.1) the tapered roller bearing cap (22)

Only if the distance (E) in the central housing (23) is 209,9 mm.

Install the main shaft (22) bearing cap and the counter shaft (16) bearing cap with the spacer washer (22.1) in the central housing (23)

 Put multi-use grease on the tapered roller bearing caps (16, 22).

Install the reverse gear (10) with the bearing and bushing in the central housing (23) and push it aside (arrow A)

With the retaining device (33), install the main shaft (21) with the counter shaft (15), the control unit (17) and the oil tube (13), in the central housing (23)

Remove the retaining device (33) from the main shaft (21), from the counter shaft (15), from the control unit (17) and from the oil tube (13)

Check the wear limit between the synchronizing cone, the synchronizing ring and the ring spring (20) and the coupling sleeve (19)

Install the synchronizing cone with the synchronizing ring and the ring spring (20) in the main shaft (21)

Install the gear sleeve (19)

 The long collar must point towards the motion output.

Install the drive shaft (18)

 Move the counter shaft (15) aside.

Centralize the reverse gear (10) and install the reverse gear axle (29)

Assemble the splitter group coupling fork (14) with the sliding shoes (9) and seat them on the guide rail (36) of the control unit (17) (arrow B)

Install the radial seal and the guide bushing of the splitter group control rod
