 	Remove/install

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. 2	Remove poly-V belt (1)		AR13.22-S-1202B

3	Remove high pressure pump (2)		AR07.02-S-1020A
4	Remove guide pulley (3) on coolant pump (5)		AR13.22-S-0001B
5	Remove coolant hoses (6) and (7) on coolant pump (5)	 Inspect condition of coolant hoses and screw clamps; replace if necessary.
		6 mm socket hexagon on flexible shaft for hose clamps with worm drive
6	Unscrew bolts (4) on coolant pump (5)		*BA20.10-P-1006-01A
			*001589760900
7	Detach coolant pump (5)	 Installation: Clean sealing surfaces, install new gasket.
8	Install in the reverse order
