1	Open cooling system cap (2) at coolant expansion reservoir (1)	 Turn cooling system cap (2) carefully as far as the first detent and release overpressure
2	Place suitable hoses (4, 6) onto radiator drain plug (3) and crankcase drain plug (5)
3	Open radiator drain plug (3) and crankcase drain plug (5) and drain coolant	 Collect coolant

4	Detach hoses (4, 6)

6	Fill drained coolant into the coolant expansion reservoir (1), complete if necessary	 Switch heater to maximum and warm up engine at moderate revs. Refill coolant constantly at coolant expansion reservoir (1). As of a coolant temperature of 60 to 70 °C, close the coolant expansion reservoir (1) with cooling system cap (2).
