Danger!

Risk of explosion due to escaping gas or overheating of compressed gas tank, while working on natural-gas vehicles. Risk of frostbite to exposed body parts from escaping natural gas or contact with components near the valves, while draining compressed gas tanks. Risk of poisoning or suffocation if natural gas is inhaled.

Remove any sources of ignition.

Ensure that the work area is adequately ventilated.

Wear heat-protective gloves.

Coat the inspection points shown (1 - 8) with soap suds and check for bubbles

To check the rear threaded connection at the check valve (4), the vehicle must be briefly refueled with natural gas.
