2 | Remove the head cover | Installing:On vehicles fitted with belt driven air compressor, remove the air compressor intake tube. | |
3 | Remove the oil pressure sensor and the coolant pipe (1 2) from the oil filter (14) | ||
4 | Unscrew the bolts and remove the oil filter (14) | Installing:Renew the sealing gasket. | |

5 | Remove the flexible hoses (9) from LDA valve at the distributing injector pump (13) | Installing:Replace the sealing washers and check for tightness. | |

6 | Remove the fuel return tubes (1, 3) of the distributing injection pump (13) | Installing:Replace the sealing washers. | |
7 | Disconnect the connector terminals of advance and debit valves (8) | ||
8 | Unlock the round terminal, unscrew the nuts (2) and remove the accelerator cable from the distributor injector pump (13) | ||
9 | Remove the oil intake tube (7) in the distributing injector pump (13) | Installing: Replace the sealing washers and check for tightness. | |
10 | Remove the high pressure line (5) from the distributor injection pump (13) | Unscrew the nuts and remove all the piping in one turn. | |
Installing: Only install the pipe after adjusting the beginning of delivery point. | |||

11 | Release the bolts and remove the flange from the oil supply mouth (11) | | |
| The distributing injection pump may not suffer impacts of any kind during its assembly. Pumps that fell down or received impacts must be replaced due to their fragile inner advance components. | ||
12 | Remove the fastening bolts (4) of the distributing injector pump (13) from engine block | | |
13 | Remove the fastening bolts of the distributor injector pump (10) from the timing case (18) and remove the distributor injection pump (13) | | |
14 | Disassemble the distributing injector pump (13) | Assembling: Immobilize the gear (17) before tightening to the distribution injection pump shaft (13). | |
Assembling: Renew the sealing gasket. | |||
