Bleed

1 Remove the high pressure pipe at distribution injection pump outlet.

Necessary the relieve the outlet pressure at the pump and facilitate the operation of the electric supply pump.

2 Turn the contact key to drive position, briefly actuate the engine starter for (1 second), release the contact key and weight for 5 seconds.

In this operation the relay, powered keeps the supply pump running for a few seconds.

3 Repeat step 2 several times, until the fuel filter is completely filled.

4 Install the high pressure pipe at the distribution injection pump outlet.

5 Actuate the engine starter for 30 seconds at maximum, releasing the key immediately, once the engine starts operating.

If the engine does not start, repeat the bleeding procedure to ensure the fuel filter is filled.

6 Let the engine running at idle for approximately 3 minutes.

Necessary to conclude the bleeding process of the fuel system.
