Removing, installing

Remove transmission

Remove clutch

Remove flywheel, two-mass flywheel or driven plate

Determine oil leak

If cause of oil leak cannot be clearly determined

inspect rear of engine for external oil leak, determine

If oil leak exists, re-position steel ball about 1 mm (size is fixed on insertion drift).

It is essential to replace damaged steel balls!

If it is found when re-positioning a steel ball that it does not provide a sufficient seal or a leak occurs after conducting the leak inspection run

replace steel ball with plug

Install in the reverse order

After attaching parts to engine, inspect for oil leaks in the area of the steel balls before installing transmission
