	Remove/Install
1	Remove cylinder head cover (1)		AR01.20-S-5014D
2	Remove chain tensioner (2)		AR05.10-S-7800D
Danger!	Risk of explosion if ignition takes place, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling fuel vapors or swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to skin and eyes exposed to fuel. 3	Remove fuel pump (4)		AR47.20-S-5710A
4	Unscrew bolts (5) at front cover at cylinder head (6)		*BA01.30-P-1006-01A

5	Raise locking pawl (7) of top guide rail (8) and turn off	 Do not remove top guide rail.
6	Detach front cover at cylinder head (6) to the front	 Installation: Pay attention to dowel pins (6). Clean sealing surfaces. Coat sealing surface of front cover with sealant. Refer to:

7	Install in the reverse order
	Inspect

Crushing and burn injuries may result while working on engine during when it is being started or when it is in operation.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving. 8	Inspect engine for leaks in normal operating state
