1	Light projector
2	Endoscope

 Danger	Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contactwith fuel.	No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only. Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.	AS47.00-Z-0001-01A

	Remove
1	Switch off ignition and remove transmitter key.
2	Remove fuel injectors.	Model 415 with engine 607	AR07.16-S-1000CD
		Model 415 with engine 608	AR07.16-S-1020CE
	Check
3	Move piston of cylinder to be checked to bottom dead center (BDC).	 Do not crank engine in opposite direction of engine rotation. Damage and measurement errors can occur otherwise.
		 To do this rotate engine at crankshaft center bolt.
4	Connect endoscope (2) to light projector (1).

5	Insert endoscope (2) through injector well into cylinder to be checked.

6	Check cylinder barrel for scoring.
	General information on inspecting cylinder walls		AH01.00-P-0300-01A
		 In the case of scoring (cylinder wear), cylinder barrel is roughened and honing marks are no longer visible.
		If no clearly identifiable cylinder wear or damage is present
		
		Remove cylinder head.

		Model 415 with engine 608	AR01.30-S-5800CE
7	Pull the endoscope (2) out of the tested cylinder.
8	Check remaining cylinder barrels in the same way.
	Install
9	Install fuel injectors.	Model 415 with engine 607	AR07.16-S-1000CD
		Model 415 with engine 608	AR07.16-S-1020CE
