Central locking enables all doors to be locked and unlocked starting from one door and has a locking control system if doors are not closed properly or there are malfunctions.
If a door is open when a locking command is initiated or there is a malfunction at a door, the vehicle is universally unlocked. If the vehicle is locked again within 5 seconds, the closed doors are locked, unlocked and locked. Only doors with malfunctions remain open.
An open door which is functioning correctly is locked automatically once it is closed.

If the central locking fails, the individual doors can be locked or unlocked with keys or the safety button.
Central locking is made up of:
The central locking control module
2 to 5 actuators depending on the number of doors
Each door lock has a microswitch and an actuator. For hinged doors the power is supplied via cables and for sliding and rear doors via contact plates and pins.
The central locking control module monitors the microswitch signals and actuates the actuators accordingly. The control module recognizes the following conditions:
Door locked
Door unlocked
Door open
Door is not connected
Actuator does not reach its final position.
The connection assignment of the central locking control module depends on the number of doors and the design (hinged/sliding door).
