Connect extraction hose (1) to extraction pump (suction master) (2) on the suction side

Take off cap

At filler neck.

Disconnect fuel feed line (4)

At firewall

Collect escaping fuel.

Install extraction hose (1) at fuel feed line (4)

Pump out fuel

In a safety tank (3).

Connect fuel feed line (4)

Detach fuel return flow hose (6) at fuel cooler

Collect escaping fuel.

Mount connection piece (7) on extraction hose (1) and insert into hose of fuel return flow hose (6).

Pump out fuel

In a safety tank (3).

Connect fuel return flow hose (6) to fuel cooler

Charging

Fill fuel tank through tank filler opening
