Warning

Disconnect the battery

Release the pressure in the compressed air system for the secondary consumers

Disconnect the electric connector (6)

Remove the compressed air piping (4) in the proportional valve (14Y05)


With the compressed air connection system “VOSS 230”.

Remove nuts (3) and remove the proportional valve (14Y05)

Installation: replace nuts (3).

Remove bolts (2) and remove damping plate (1)

Installation: replace bolts (6) and O-rings (5).

Long-life grease

Check

Check damping plate (1)

check if the damping plate presents cracks or fissures, if necessary, replace.
On repainted damping plates (1), cracks on the paint or paint scaling are not relevant for operation.
