Check rear axle differential oil level, correct if necessary

 Check oil level at interior temperature only and not when the rear axle differential is at operating temperature. Otherwise, when the rear axle differential is at operating temperature, required oil could escape.
Cleaning

1	Clean area around oil filler screw (50 g).

2	Remove and replace oil filler screw (50g).

Check

3	Check and correct oil level.

 With the correct oil level the oil reaches up to the bottom edge of the threaded hole.
If necessary, add oil or drain off oil until the oil only drips out of the threaded hole.

Cleaning

4	Clean new oil filler screw (50g) and threaded hole in rear axle differential using cleaning spray.

 The oil filler screw (50g) and tapped hole must be free from oil and grease.

5	Apply roughly one drop of sealant to the lower third of the thread on the oil filler screw (50g).

6	Screw oil filler screw (50g) immediately into the rear axle differential and tighten to the specified torque.
