	Disassemble
1	Remove front axle drive shafts		AR33.30-W-0100C
2	Remove ring gear with differential		AR33.30-W-0464B
3	Remove drive pinion		AR33.30-W-0458A
4	Release and unscrew collar nut (1)	 Fit retainer wrench on coupling flange (2).

		 Ratio wrench	*000589696300
5	Detach coupling flange (2) from drive pinion (11)		*035589013300
6	Pull bolts (3) out of flange (5)
7	Remove flange (5) and shim (7) from drive pinion gear (11)
8	Remove radial sealing ring (6) from flange (5)
9	Detach cylindrical roller bearing and angular-contact bearing (9 and 8)	 Mark outer race, inner race and installation position.

10	Remove shims (10) from drive pinion gear (11)
	Assemble
11	Fit shims (10) on drive pinion gear (11)
12	Drive cylindrical roller bearing (9) on to drive pinion gear (11)	 Heat cylindrical roller bearing (9) to approx. 80 °C and drive on as per marking.
13	Drive angular-contact bearing (8) on to drive pinion gear (11)	 Heat angular-contact bearing (8) to approx. 80 °C and drive on as per marking.
14	Position shim (7)
15	Install new radial sealing ring (6) in flange (5) and fit flange (5) on drive pinion gear (11)		*731589001500
		 Coat radial sealing ring (6) without rubberized external surface with sealant.	*BR00.45-Z-1012-01A
		 Lightly grease sealing lips and pack space between dust and sealing lips with multipurpose grease.	*BR00.45-Z-1034-06A
16	Insert bolts (3) into flange (5)	 Use new lock washers (4)
17	Push on coupling flange (2)	 Lightly oil splines on drive pinion (11) with transmission oil.	*BR00.45-Z-1023-06A
18	Tighten new collar nut (1)	 Fit retainer wrench on coupling flange (2).

19	Installing drive pinion		AR33.30-W-0458A
20	Secure collar nut (1)		AR33.30-W-0085-03A
