Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove lower engine compartment paneling

Drain off

Unscrew cap (1) on coolant expansion reservoir (2)

Push drain hose (6) onto RH drain fitting (3) on cooler (5)

Open drain screw (4) at radiator (5) and drain coolant

 Observe regulations to dispose of coolant.

Pour in

Tighten drain screw (4) on cooler (5) and detach drain hose (6) from drain fitting (3a)

Fill cooling system and bleed cooling system
