Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Risk of injury to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90 °C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove/install

Drain coolant out of the low-temperature circuit cooler (1).

 In this case, the coolant line (2) is already removed.

 Removal: Do not attach coolant line (2) again.

Remove front crossmember.

Remove air supply ducting from cooler.

Remove air duct segment on cooler.

Remove condenser from the low-temperature circuit cooler (1).

Model 415 with code H06 (air conditioning), model 415 with code HH9 (semi-automatic regulated air conditioning, TEMPMATIC)

 Do not suction off refrigerant; do not remove refrigerant lines. Swivel condenser to the side and fasten outside of the working area.

Remove coolant line (3).

 Seal coolant lines (2, 3). Collect coolant which flows out.

Remove low-temperature circuit cooler (1) upward.

 To do so, release the locks (4).

Install in the reverse order.
