Remove/install

Remove air filter housing.

Remove union nut (3) of oil feed line (1).

Remove screws (5).

 Bolt for oil line bracket

Remove banjo bolts (4), remove oil feed line (1) and seal exposed connections with suitable stop plugs.

 Installation: Replace sealing rings for banjo bolts (4).

Remove the alternator

If oil feed line (2) is removed.

Remove alternator and place with connected lines to one side.

 The fan unit must not be removed.

Remove screw (6), pull oil feed line (2) out of crankcase and seal exposed connections with suitable stop plugs.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring for oil feed line (2).

Install in the reverse order.

Check engine oil level.


