Remove the valve seat (1/2) from the cylinder head

The seat can also be removed by machining it up to a 0.5 mm thickness, removing it then with an appropriate chisel.

To obtain the recommended interference, the seat repair level should match the level for the housing.

Put the seat (1/2) in the cooler box with liquid nitrogen
Cool the seats for 20 to 30 minutes.

Heat the head (1) in water bath
Approximate temperature 80 °C.

With nose pliers, remove the seat (1/2) from the cooling box and put it in the lodging with the heated head
The housing for the valve seats on the head should be clean and dry.

Install the seat (1/2) in the head (3) with the mandrel (4)
Quickly install the cooled seat on the heated head.
