Remove injectors (5)

Clean injector stems and injector recesses.
Injectors must not be disassembled

Detach rail at cylinder head cover and place to the side with lines connected

Disconnect connector of camshaft position sensor (6)

Remove oil feed line (14) for turbocharger

Detach glow plugs wiring harness (16) at cylinder head cover (1)

Remove support of turbocharger (12)

Remove exhaust gas recirculation pipe (7)

Remove high pressure line (10)

Detach cylinder head cover (1) at cylinder head and take off together with shaped rubber gaskets (3, 4)

Installation: Install new shaped rubber gaskets (3, 4), clean sealing surfaces.
