Depressurize hydraulic system completely before starting any work on system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove engine trim panel

Remove left intake port (1)

Suction off oil from expansion reservoir (2)



Detach metal clamp (3) if necessary

 Engine 113: One bolt (4).

 Engine 272, 273: Three bolts, observe different lengths.

Detach expansion reservoir (2) from fitting, swivel to one side

 Seal fitting and expansion reservoir (2), do not loosen clamp (5).

 Installation: Replace O-ring (6).



Disconnect hose of expansion reservoir (2) at power steering pump

 Plug openings.

Remove bolts (8), remove power steering pump

 Note the different bolt lengths.

 Engine 113: Two bolts (8) from the front, two bolts (8) from the back.

 Engine 272, 273, 642: Two bolts (8) from the front, one bolt from the back.

Fill power steering pump and bleed

Checking
