	Removing
1	Remove ring gear with differential		AR35.30-T-0464B
2	Loosen mounting of propeller shaft flange (5) on drive pinion	 Do not yet pull off propeller shaft flange.	AR35.30-T-0459-03C

3	Mark installation position of seal cap (2) and pinion housing (1) relative to differential housing
4	Unscrew seal cap (2) and pinion housing (1) together with drive pinion from differential housing
5	Lift seal cap (2) and pinion housing (1) together with drive pinion out of differential housing	 To do so, attach suitable hoist to propeller shaft flange.
6	Remove shim (4) from differential housing
7	Pull propeller shaft flange (5) off drive pinion		AR35.30-T-0459-03C

8	Separate seal cap (2) from pinion housing (1)
	Install
9	Screw two adjuster screws (6) into differential housing	Adjuster screws, Zahnradfabrik Passau GmbH D-94034 Passau
10	Coat shim (4) on both sides with sealant		*BR00.45-Z-1009-01A
11	Place shim (4) onto differential housing	 The cutout on the shim (n) must align with the oil feed duct of the differential housing.
12	Set pinion housing (1) with drive pinion onto differential housing
13	Coat the sealing surface of the seal cap (2) with sealant		*BR00.45-Z-1009-01A
14	Set seal cap (2) onto pinion housing (1)	 The cutout on the seal cap must align with the oil feed duct of the differential housing.
15	Unscrew adjuster screw (6) from differential housing
16	Screw down seal cap (2) together with pinion housing (1		*BA35.30-N-1002-03I
17	Press propeller shaft flange (5) onto drive pinion		AR35.30-T-0459-08C

18	Install crown wheel with differential		AR35.30-T-0464B
