Examine ease of movement and condition of relay lever (31/1) and accelerator control cable (32)

Replace parts, if necessary

Adjusting

CTP

The relay lever (31/1) should be resting against CTP (a) when the accelerator pedal is not pressed

Hand-held tester should indicate 0%

Turn adjusting nut (32/2) until relay lever (31/1) is resting against CTP (a) or until no further accelerator pedal idle travel exists

WOT

Depress accelerator pedal (24) until it is touching the kick-down switch (S16/7)

Do not operate kick-down switch (S16/7)!

Turn adjusting bolt (32/3) until relay lever (31/1) is resting against WOT (b)

Do not overtension accelerator control cable (32).

Hand-held tester should indicate 100%
