Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Only open the coolant system when temperature is below 90 °C. Open the cover lightly and let out pressure excess. Do not put coolant in containers for beverages. Utilize gloves, appropriate clothing and protection glasses. | |

Collect the drained coolant in an appropriate container and discard it following the local environmental regulations. | |||
4 | Remove the coolant hose (14) and the coolant hose (8) from the compensation reservoir (11) | Drain the coolant. | |
5 | Tilt the cabin | ||

6 | Remove the red overcharging air hose (5) and the black overcharging air hose (6) | Installation: The red charge air hose (5) and the black charge air hose (6) should not be changed. | |

8 | Separate the transmission oil piping (13) on the oil cooler connection points | Engine 904.9, 924.9 with Code N55 (transmission oil cooling) | |
Separate the transmission oil piping only in the connection points. | |||
Collect the oil drained from the transmission and close the gaps with plugs. | |||
9 | Remove the fan shroud (7) | ||
10 | Remove the rubber buffer screws (9) and the holders (10) of the intercooler (3) | Charge air carrier screw | |

11 | Remove the clips (1) from the condenser (2) and tie the condenser (2) to the cab | Engine 904.9, 924.9 with Code H03 (air conditioning in the front panel) | |
12 | Remove the cooler (4) from above together with the intercooler (3) | Use a lifting device to remove the cooler (4) along with the intercooler (3). | |
13 | Remove the intercooler (3) from the cooler (4) | Only in case of replacing the radiator. | |
14 | Install in reverse order | ||
