3 Hose clamp

4 Coolant feed

5 Coolant return flow

6 Bolt

Remove/install

Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Drain coolant.

Loosen coolant hoses (4, 5) on oil-water heat exchanger; detach

Slacken mounting screws (6)

Remove oil-water heat exchanger (1)

Collect residual oil which runs out.

Installation: Replace sealing rings (2)

Install in the reverse order

Check engine oil level, correct if necessary
